We stayed for two nights, we had... More

Attended for a spa day. We were looked after from the second we arrived. They went out of their way to give excellent customer service from the staff in the spa to the restaurant. Excellent. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting. More

The rooms were a bit dusty and I had stipulated that we were to have no feather pillows as I am allergic to them, however there were father pillows. The bed was far too soft and I had real trouble sleeping on both nights , which, is really... More

Spent a lovely Christmas break here and cannot fault anything. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the food was very good in the DALHOUSIE RESTAURANT. The pool etc was a nice bonus. Used the SPA for some treatments and the staff were very pleasant. All in all a most relaxing break and no food to... More

This was my husband's third visit, he was alone this time. The food and accommodation was good but the situation of the bedroom was not. He had a room facing the car park on the second floor and spent a very disturbed night listening to banging doors from the floor below. He mentioned this to the receptionist on leaving but... More

My husband and I enjoyed a pleasant weekend here, there was nothing bad but then there was nothing good it was just average! The room was basic, they could do with upgrading and are a bit sad. My real bug bear is nett curtains ........really?? I associate them with student accomodation no need for dust catchers in a hotel. The... More

We were going to pay for an upgrade prior to arriving but when we saw the size of the room decided there was no need to Breakfast... More
