Stumbled across this place on a very wet night and it was adequate for the price. Stayed only one night and was disappointed no breakfast option but warm clean tidy room with private bathroom, looked to be newly renovated and better than expected and would have been okay but couldn't see for the rain and fog! The corridors were the only thing that has been refurbished at this guest house. 6am there were people swearing and complaining and so was very noisy. Breakfast was not included as suggested... More

I stayed at Kingsley for 3 nights. Belly and Shabaz were superb hosts going out of the way to help us and make our stay easier and more enjoyable. More

The grottiest place I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. My favourite memories are the pervading smell of ciggies, the stub mark on the sloping ceiling, the peeling wallpaper, the mould growing on the en suite ceiling and the greasy brown stained pink velour headboard...not to mention the unidentified items stuck to the side of the bedside cabinet. A... More

We were a group of two couples staying,we all agreed that this was a flea-pit that hadn't been cleaned for sometime(weeks-mths). Our room had it's own "running water" of a toilet to reduce legionaires disease. And we walked about our room with our socks on. the morning after our first night we had to go out and get bathroom/shower cleaner... More
