Stayed here for five nights, and it was really good. Excellent breakfast every morning, and a very friendly atmosphere. Everything about the place was good, and I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Aberdeen.

Stayed here whilst on a course at Robert Gordon university. Very pleasant. A bit of a walk into town/uni- about 45 mins and only one restaurant in immediate vicinity.
Barbera (owner) made my family, friends and I feel very welcome. Our rooms were high end decor and facilities without the high end price, very comfy bed! Gran cooked breakfast, delicious. Friendly, relaxed and such a beautiful property in an excellent leafy location close to town. 100% definitely recommend to one and all.
I was put into the Dunnydeer by the company about a year ago and now always stay there if I can. The place is spotless and well furnished. Try and get room 1 or 2 or 5 if you can as they are ensuite although all the rooms are good. The breakfasts are superb although dont expect to walk away...
