I've been here quite a few times, and we've been seated/served quickly on every occassion. Get a big plateful of great food and very reasonably priced, too. All the staff seem very friendly and made us feel welcome from the first visit.

Came for a family meal, 3 hours later awful service, terrible meal. 1 meal forgotten, 1 meal over cooked and 1 burnt. Discount given on total bill but all in all very disappointing. Won't be recommending any time soon.

Stay here often for business and always enjoy the experience. The food served in the bar and restaurant is always of a high standard with a great menu choice. Staff are always very accommodating and friendly. A real coal fire in the bar makes it very welcoming on cold nights like these.
