If you want a city centre hotel to amble around the shops and have a nice meal and a few drinks this is perfect. Rooms and breakfast are the standard HI express comfortable but not luxurious. Only drawback limited car parking on a first come first served basis.

The Central location of the Holiday Inn Express is ideal, it is a clean and well run establishment. We stayed at this hotel for one night while travelling around Scotland. They are a good 5-10 minute walk to where all the shops are. Union St is about 30 seconds away. Good parking facilities under the building, quiet accomodation, good breakfast, pub area, who could need anything more! Would happily stay here again. Thanks very much!
