Although I stayed in Butler's Guest House for only one night, it made me wish to stay in the beautiful Aberdeen for more time. It is located very close to Union street where you can find supermarkets, banks and takeaways. My room is spotless, the bathroom is very clean, and the landlady and landlord very polite and welcoming. I was... More

We really liked our stay there. The room was comfortable, the bathroom very, very clean. Breakfasts were great. Sheena Butler is a very nice and frindly women and we had most interesting talks about history and archeology in Scotland. The place is well situated, so everything you want to see in Aberdeen, restaurants, shops, etc. are within walking distance.

We chose the Butler's Guest House for our last night in Scotland several months in advance. Booking online was a breeze, communication with our host Sheena was very helpful and informative. Available online directions left a lot to be desired, since on our arrival by car from Highlands it was raining and Aberdeen was really busy. However, we eventually made... More

We were very impressed with this B&B. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the host super friendly, and it was very affordable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Aberdeen.

I love this guest house. The Butler's are the most hospitable people, and are obviously doing something they love. They are friendly and thoughtful. The house is your typical Aberdeen granite building, and once you're inside it is lovely and clean. Very nicely decorated and again..ever so clean. The breakfast is great..made to order! or..you can just pick cereal, yogourt etc.... More

I was in Aberdeen for four nigths for a conference. This place is close to the city centre. It took me minutes to reach the bus stop to get a bus to the airport on my way back. Many restaurants not very far from here. The place itself was great (may be I liked it even more becasue I was... More

I've stayed here a couple of times on business, after getting a bit bored with the more expensive chain hotels that are proliferating in Aberdeen - and have been very happy with it. It's a small (six rooms if I remember correctly) place on a quiet street about five minutes' walk from Aberdeen station and the main shopping areas. All... More

We stayed there for one night and had quite a pleasant stay. Do not expect too much from it, but its a decent place. The room was just enough for the two of us and the bathroom was pretty good. We were late 15 minutes checking out and had to be reminded to vacate the room.

This is a very nice B&B near the heart of Aberdeen. Parking is a little troublesome as a result - there is on-street parking around the B&B although you have to pay & display after 6pm and before 8am. The room itself was very clean and as one would expect really. It is worth noting though that the room we... More

I stayed at this great guesthouse for five nights in April. The owners were so helpful with everything, breakfasts were lovely (the fresch fruit and berries, yum!), rooms well-equipped with a bathrobe, tea-kettle and biscuits, and everything so nice and tidy. And so handy to have internet access in the house! It's very central as well, close to Union Street... More
