Just enjoyed my second short stay in Joy & Noel's attached cottage. Last time was 2006 I think. The place is warm, cosy and comfortable. Joy and Noel are charming. The Ulster fry at breakfast can't be beaten! If and when I return to Tyrone, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. More

We arrived at the Dervaghroy and were welcomed by Joy, our lovely host. She gave us one of the rooms in the cottage with it's own sitting room which set it apart from the rest. We settled in and at 9pm Joy brought us some beautiful freshly cooked pancakes and cream. Our breakfast the following morining was the best we... More

My husband and two children (ages 8 and 11) stayed here for one night after we visited the Ulster American Folk Park. Joy and Noel took such good care of us! Joy brought us desserts when we arrived and they kept coming! Our children were in heaven. The breakfast the next day was fantastic. We felt like we were visiting... More

We had to attend a wedding on friday and had to come to the wedding from spending a week in donegal when we would have the dog in tow, so we were desperate for somewhere that could accomadate the dog. We found in Joy a gem, nothing was to much trouble in all the planning up to the holiday in... More

This is a real find- deep in the County Tyrone countryside, a beautiful old house and garden. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely and beautifully presented, and the owners gave us one of the warmest welcomes I have ever experienced. They went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was enjoyable- we will be... More

We've just spent 4 peaceful nights at this lovely modern cottage with our elderly parents! We were welcomed by Joy and Noel who made us feel at home with a cup of tea and plenty home made cakes - delicious! They provided us with a "welcome pack" of tea, bread, butter, jam, milk etc and another lovely cake!! The cottage... More

We stayed here for one night whilst attending a wedding at the nearby Corrick House. Hosts, Joy and Noel were super friendly, we wanted for nothing. When we arrived, cakes and homemade treats were waiting for us along with a much needed cuppa. We stayed in the cottage, absolutely spotless and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable that we had... Joy and Noel are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The cottage is spacious, well equiped and in a lovely setting. The food was great. We could not have asked for more and will definitely be back. More

August 2008 We booked this B & B for 5 nights, having found it on the internet. The accommodation was so great, that instead of continuing our holiday in the Republic we booked extra nights and spent the rest of our holiday here. The Ulster breakfast were huge. Didn't need anything else to eat until evening meal. The hosts, Joy &... More
