This hotel was easily found but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Derry city centre in the run up to Christmas. The service was excellant and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Brilliant staff. Very friendly and helpful. Menu at restaurant awful a la carte. Inedible banana sweet complained to waiter but still on bill! Only real complaint was that there is plasterwork missing from the entrance area which given the cost of a bit of sand and cement and the charges for the roomsis absolutely ridiculous. more

We have just returned from the Beech Hill and had a great stay. We paid extra and booked a master suite. First impressions of the hotel are very good and it was very clean and all of the staff were very attentive. I would say the hotel does need sprucing up a bit but nothing that was a major issue.... more
