We stayed for 4 nights and were amazed to find our rooms were never serviced. I had to take the wastepaper basket down to be emptied. Stayed with 2 small kids and Yvonne couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Thomas DVD and teddy bear shaped toast sealed the deal for our 3 year old. More
