“Beautiful view and wonderful stay.”

My sister and I stayed there for three nights beginning June 29th. Lovely place. Alice and Dermot were very warm and friendly..also very helpful with local information. Room met our needs. Shower was awesome. My sister had stayed there before and we would stay again. The view of the country side was outstanding. More

“An excellent place to stay!”

The McBrides are warm and welcoming hosts. Alice was very helpful in guiding us to various local attractions. Hillview boasts a huge dining area and a lovely lounge room. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! This was my first taste of Irish soda bread and potato bread. A real treat for me! More

“Fantastic hospitality”

We spent just one night here before a family wedding and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating to us with our 3 month old daughter. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge too. We plan to stay there in the future. More

The good: Clean Very nice hosts Breakfast included with good variety Free Wi-Fi that works Free parking Golf driving range on property Entire facility seemed to be in good repair (Other than below) The bad: Shower leaked into room below. However, Alice was very apologetic to us even though we were not the ones getting leaked on. She seemed horrified... More

Alice and Dermot were brilliant and could not have been more helpful if they tried. Lovely views and breakfast excellent. Driving range was fun. Will return when next in Ireland. More

I decided on Armagh as my base for exploring Northern Ireland and was very happy with the Hillview Lodge. It was easy to find, had a lot of parking. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
