Just like other premier inn hotels I've stayed at this hotel is extremely clean, the staff were very helpful, the service was excellent and more than this when I arrived home I discovered I'd left a couple apple chargers,I thought I'd never see them again but the staff found them and mailed them to my home address. I stayed here ten days ago, another jewel for Premier Inn, lovely room (except for the window, sadly the handle was missing and it was quite noisy), lovely friendly staff, especially if you're on your own and even at 6.30 in the morning.

Had a great time in the hotel everything was perfect. Two of us left iPhone chargers in the room by rushing out. We gave them a ring and the were sent straight to us for free. Fantastic time had by all my mates everyone in Belfast were sooooo friendly 10/10

Good location with ready access to all areas of Belfast City. Excellent staff and very good service. Only tips is book well in advance for a Saturday stay. I had two nights booked (my own fault) within three days of visit Saturday was almost twice as expensive as Sunday, but still reasonable value

Alfred st premier inn is close to witherspoons and lots of other bars. it has its own restaurant and bar. Rooms are clean and modern and if you book in advance you get a great bargin. Modern tv and beds comfy.

Brilliant. Location great and service outstanding. The staff are amazing. Bonita on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. To be honest many hotels provide you with a good enough room but the staff here make this hotel stand out from the rest. Superb value for money. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely room (as usual), good restaurant and bar, good central location. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast really good. Front desk and bar staff very helpfull and friendly - well done! :-) Underground parking on-site was around £14 overnight - a bit pricey.
