The Holiday Inn Belfast is a clean and modern hotel situated within easy reach of nightlife in Belfast. We were given a good rate here and this was the main reason for choosing this hotel but it turned out to be a good base for our stay in Belfast. Credit must be given to the staff as there were a...

I stayed here with my wife for three nights over the weekend. The room was ideal with everything you need, tea coffee etc. There was a iron in the room and a small fridge which came in really handy. My iron was broken but on reporting this to reception i had an apology and a replacement sent up immediately. Wooden shutters...

It may have a city centre location and spa facilities but didn't make up for the 'ikea' style furniture in the room, the industrial view, the tiled floor outside the elevator which you could hear every footstep and trolley drag over it. this together with the noise that sounded like a distant fog horn, next doors toilet flush and a...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and I am genuinely very sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations.
It is a real shame that you did not contact one of our receptionists about the issues with your room as I am sure we could and would have done something to make your...

The swimming pool area was lovely and clean... very relaxing
The rooms were nice enough, clean, and comfortable.
We had the room at a friends and family rate which albeit a good deal, but other hotels are less than that price and have been better.
The staff acted as though they were hard done by, always looking grumpy and not...

Stayed here for two nights, nice lobby, bar and restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, clean - room service is available - there was a minibar, but it wasn't stocked!
Parked in the NCP as the on street parking was full, £7.50 per night... I didn't use the leisure facilities, but they looked good!
Breakfast is £8.50 if arranged in advance, there...

I found the hotel to be very good value with lovely staff. The area felt safe, not dodgy as someone else commented on here (which comment nearly put me off booking) It's right opposite the BBC building and about 10mins walk to the centre of town - taxis are cheap and plentiful.
Our room was clean and warm, with wooden...

This hotel is very mixed, it has a tired feel to parts of it and I wasnt happy with the standards.
It needs an overhaul and deep clean.
The staff are friendly and nice but the place is just annoyingly unsatisfactory and poor value for money even at a good corporate rate. Breakfast isnt good. Restaurant food is ok.
I...

Stayed here for a night out on the town and the hotel is well situated in Belfast for restaurants and nightlife. No car park so had to park in the multi-story that is close by, however this means you have to lug your cases accross one street to the hotel. The car park fees were reasonable and an overnight stay...
