Having booked an Executive room and obtained written permission to smoke therein and having unpacked we requested an ashtray and were told we could not smoke in the room. The Europa Hotel in Belfast is a top class hotel in one of the best locations in the city. It is comfortable, friendly, very accessible from motorway. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms (especially the executive rooms), excellent food and reasonable prices make this hotel one of my favourites.
