I don't think I've ever stayed at a more friendly hotel. They even have a chef there and dinner was excellent. Jeannette really helped us as did Martin. They provided us with tons of information and booked tours for us. Good location.....Mourne's is nearby for good seafood. Easy walk to bus station. Coffee available very early in the morning as... Ibis hotel was ideal stop-over for Belfast city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I stayed for three nights with my grand-daughter and we had a very pleasant holiday as we visited all the local attractions during our stay and they were all within comfortable walking distance from the hotel. Only fault I found was while booking in on a... More

Location was superb. 5 minute walk to Castle Court shopping centre, 10 minutes to Great Victoria Street stations and close to Cathedral quarter. Rooms are basic, but absolutely adequate for a nights stay. Staff friendly. No problem leaving bags before check in and after we checked out. Breakfast was basic - not sure it's really worth the money at £6.95,... More

Good Hotel situated in excellent location: although area near hotel is slightly run-down, this does not alter the overall quality offered by the hotel. Good service by very good staff, the whole package made for a great stay In our opinion, excellent value for money, in keeping with the Ibis spirit (simple, comfortable, clean, good sleep, great value for money).... The Ibis is in a great location. With local and friendly staff on arrival we were made feel very welcome. The food was lovely and the rooms were very clean. Very reasonably priced and generally very happy with our stay.

The Ibis is very central, the staff are friendly, rooms are clean & well equipped. Although it is a large hotel, you are made to feel at home and noise levels are low for a good night's sleep. The hotel restaurant is also very nice and reasonably priced.

No frills. No thrills. It seriously is just a clean bed to sleep on. Cheap too. Seemed to be a lot of business people staying there. Their bathrooms remind me of the ones on airplanes. Make sure you don't get a handicapped room because those bathrooms are straight up scary - as in it looked like Hannibal Lecter's lair. We... More

This IBIS is ideally located for walking around the centre of Belfast and is also within walking distance(30mins) of the Titanic Experience. Very clean and towels changed daily. The pillows are unfortunately extremely hard and no alternatives were available. Breakfast is uninspiring but reasonably priced at £5(if booked the night before). One word of advice-if going to "Deane's" restaurant avoid... More

I've just returned from a wonderful few days in Belfast - we stayed at the Ibis Belfast City Centre - the location is simply unbeatable! Right in the very heart of Belfast with all the attractions on your doorstep. The check-in was simple and took just a couple of minutes - the staff were most helpful and courteous. Our room... More
