We had a two night stay, with two rooms in the boathouse (slightly back from the main bar). The themes in the bedrooms were very quirky (a potting shed and beach changing rooms) but still classy. Very nice place in the middle of the main strip of restaurants and waterfront area in Mumbles. We stayed in one of Patricks new rooms in the old boat house. It was a short walk from the restaurant, which was OK as we had nice weather but in bad weather it might have been more of an irritation .
