Phoned up, and booked reservation over the phone, the man that I spoke to was very polite and it was a speedy booking! Service Good check in facilities, done quickly. No other service needed. Room Bed was the worst bed I've ever slept in, was nearly rock solid so didn't sleep well at all. I stayed here during the speedway grand prix, only for one night. Due to it being a special event in Cardiff the Hotel was booked out to a tour operator and we paid alot more than the normal price.
