Rooms are good, large and well equipped. The breakfast was a big disappointment- tinned tomatoes that tasted like nothing I'd eaten before, similarly the mushrooms were inedible, everyone had left theirs on their plates ( table clearing slow) Other items had spent too long in the warmers. more

Superb hotel with very good staff. The Thomas Restaurant has a lovely menu and the staff again are very good at making you feel settled and comfortable. The Hotel is in an ideal location for Cardiff Bay and if you are seeing a show at the Millenium Centre/Theatre you will be entitled to a discount as they work together. more
