Hotel very clean, reception staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be the David Lloyd restaurant; expensive 'fitness food' and no childrens menu. However franky &bennys is just over the road as well as KFC, McDonalds and burger king :-) Also restaurant staff and service during breakfast a bit slow.

Why are the beds still to hard even though there is a good night guarantee? Price for overnight stay was cheaper than Travelodge. Left mobile charger in room, but could not be found in afternoon by staff, after checking out! Only one hand towel in room for a couple, company policy!
