One of the worst greetings I’ve received absolutely no recognition of the Diamond Rewards status, I wasn’t asked for the loyalty card until I contacted reception from my room to request the competently news paper and then they insisted I came back down to show the card even though they could see the Diamond level via the on line booking....

Following the refurbishment of the indoor leisure area, refurbishment of our outdoor pool area began yesterday 12th July. The hotel is being repainted, the pool is being filled in and the area is being landscaped with additional tables and seating.
