I love the way this place has been improved, decor etc. It does need tweaks (eg a plastic bin in a beautiful ensuite room. At over £100 a night I expect, (but rarely get!) good service, clean bedding and a room with TV's and showers that work. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly . I found the layout of the bar and lounge area was ideal for us as a large party.
