We were welcomed by Leslie, the owner, at the bus station after taking a ferry from Dublin & a train into Bets-y-coed. She was kind enough to help us take our luggages to the hotel. Since our luggage occupied the entire car, we walked from the station to the hotel. The walk is an experience on it's own - AMAZING... more

We stayed at Tyn y fron for 2 nights.The rooms were beautifully furnished and the views stunning.Breakfast was delicious,Lesley the host was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her to make her guests feel welcome! We had a wonderful time and will definatley be visiting again! more

Top notch B&B. Memory foam topped beds and excellent cooked breakfast, thats what B&B's are all about. Tyn-y-Fron is the best place I have ever stayed. Lesley Porter was unbelievably nice and was extremely helpful. Our stay was made all the more enjoyable by Lesley, her friendly dog and the lovely views over the valley.Quiet location good food and the "hot bath" after climbing Crib Goch and the pinacles on a very "soggy" day were very welcome and we would recommend this b&b to anyone wanting to stay in the area...oh and let's not forget... more
