We found this B&B to be very homely and charming. Rooms: well furnished to a high standard and all have different but quite lovely views, particularly the ones at the front of the house. Location: just outside of the village we were a little worried at first because it appeared further away than other B&Bs we've stayed at in Betws-y-coed...... More

The Tyn-y-Fron B & B is outstanding, you are made to feel most welcome by Leslie and Mike from the moment you arrive, we stayed in the Valley View Suite in September 2011, and have just returned today after our second visit, can't wait to go back, we can not fault this place. The valley view suite is better than... More

We stayed for one night at the end of January. The property is lovely with some very nice personal touches and you can really tell that the owners take pride in the place. We were made to feel very welcome and the owner was enthusiastic and attentive without being overbearing. The B&B is just outside Betws-y-Coed but only a short... More

This B&B is one of the nicest and best value properties my partner and I have ever stayed in. Leslie and Mike were friendly and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay - their suggestion for dinner was spot on! Leslie also took the time to give us ideas for an itinerary for the next day, and pointed out on... More

Sat 14th Jan 12 - Stayed one night and can`t fault the place. Lesley and Mike really nice people. Room lovely and great breakfast in the morning. Don`t be put off by the geography, this B & B is out of the town but has a direct footpath into the centre of Betws y Coed, only a ten minute walk.... More

One would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable stay with warm and welcoming hosts in Lesley and Mike. As a family of four, our children had no desire to move on to other parts of the UK that we had planned to see. Our youngest said that the B&B was as close to home as one could find.... More

We have just come back from a three night stay (over Christmas/New Year). We totally agree with the previous reviewer regarding Tyn-y-Fron, this deserves to be 5* rating and back at No. 1 for the Best B&B in Betws-y-Coed. Mike and Lesley are so lovely and welcoming, they care so much about their guests. We stayed in the mountain view... More

Lucy and myself stayed here over New Year 2011/12 to do some mountain biking and walking. Mike and Lesley are very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are beautiful and the views / location is perfect -- they even offered to lock our bikes up in their garage and had a tap available for cleaning them after the ride. We arrived... More
