Like staying with old friends: Julie and Phil were amazing hosts. They made a short break in Snowdonia absolutely perfect, with excellent advice on sights, activities and restaurants. A beautiful B&B with A truly homely feel. We are already planning our next stay! More

Excellent guest house. Phil made us feel very welcome. Coffee and hot welsh cake upon arrival. Room was clean and bright and the views were to die for. Breakfast was all made fresh (choice made the day before). Lovely food. Made to feel very welcome and very much at home. I would recommend this guest house and would not hesitate... More

What can I add to the already raving reviews? The B&B is right on a gorgeous river, is immaculately clean and very cosy with quite a modern style to it (loved my bedroom & bathroom style) we were in room 2, it has amazing views and is a great size! Just look at my pictures. Julie was extremely welcoming, greeting... More

My wife and I have just returned from a long weekend at Bryn Afon. This is a lovely B&B located in the middle of Betws y Coed. Don't be put off by it being in the centre of the village, the location is just perfect. The river runs along the bottom of the garden and the views from the bedrooms is... More

My (now) fiancee and i stayed at Bryn Afon at the start of September 2011 for 2 nights. We had chosen this place based on the fantastic reviews it gets and the picturesque setting of Betws y Coed. On arrival we were greeted by Julie. You can't check in before 4 o'clock so we went for lunch in the village... More

The Bryn Afon Guest House is probably the best B&B that we’ve stayed in. Julie is a brilliant host who welcomed us warmly to her lovely house in a beautiful setting. Anybody who has walked round Betws y Coed will know it and probably photographed it from the bridge. We stayed in one of the compact rooms but despite being... More
