We spent 3 nights in the self catering appt, as a family with 2 young boys. On arrival, we seemed to be keeping people waiting to let us in (8pm Fri night) and we were given keys but not shown up, or where anything was kept. Room was basic, with one bedroom + kids needing to use sofa beds, that... More

Rundown, very poorly presented by the unkempt person who appeared when we phoned to gain access. Toilet foul, dirty linin in a cupboard, lights not working, no flexability for breakfast time! Beds very worn and lumpy. We DID NOT STAY - moved next door to the Pub - great welcombe;just wish we had known how poor this "SHED" discribed as... More

The stairs are very steep, Staff are in the cafe but never service the room or ever appear again, cant stand in half of the room due to sloping ceiling, hit head on beam several times, but to be fair the was a sign telling you not to bump your head, but I think that I got away with it.... More

We spent one night here in April. When we arrived we weren't sure where we had to go as there are 3 doors at the front of the building. We went into the restaurant and asked for the key, the staff seemed to busy to welcome us properly, and we had to wait a while without a clue what was... More

We stayed there for two nights at the end of March. We were greeted by their friendly staff and shown our room. As we were doing Snowdon and lots of walking in the area this is a great place to stay. The bathroom looked like it had recently been re-fitted with a new shower. Nice but the water pressure was... More

We stayed here for three nights. The location is perfect, such a pretty little village, and the guest house is right by the river. We arrived in the evening, and the only problem we had with the arrival was the fact that the guest house is not occupied at all times. When we got there it looked distinctly shut up,... More

Central location in Beddgelert so very handy for pubs and walks. Our room was quite small but adequate. The guest house is on the main road and over a chip shop. Neither were a problem because the road was quiet and we never saw anyone in the chip shop even on Saturday night. There was no smell of frying. Was... More

Opposite the restaurant is a very pretty seating area next to the river. It looked popular so being hungry after our trek up Snowdon, we stopped for a meal. The staff were friendly and having been to another restaurant next door where there was an hour wait for food, I will give them credit that service was indeed quick. However,... More

The flat is cosy enough and the view is great, but the sofabeds are terrible - both as sofas and as beds. The toilet seat was almost falling off. When we arrived at 5 PM the staff seemed anxious to close up the reception and cafe and go home, rather than make sure that we settled in allright. This was... More

We stayed in the attic room at the top of the house and it was really comfy with beautiful view from the window! Lyn gave us a handful of coffee and tea, clean towels, shampoos, soaps and the room comes with a big TV! Although the room was not very spacious and my tall friend kept banging his head towards...
