Liz and Darren are the perfect hosts, nothing is to much trouble for them, always with a smile, they make your stay unforgetable. They have a fabulous home in a beautiful part of the country. Very convenient for National Trust properties and general tourist attractions and of course, excellent walking country. more

I stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights recently. My brother was getting married so our party had booked all 5 rooms and each and everyone of us staying there couldn't fault Glyn Isa. Rob and Darren are both super friendly and couldn't do enough for us all. Breakfast was brilliant on both mornings and the lounge with honesty... more

We stayed at the Glyn Isa for a short break this August and had a lovely time. The house is picture perfect, just a few miles from the coast and a short hop into the Snowdonia National Park. From our first sight of the house up to leaving a couple of days later we were made to feel really welcome... more

We booked last minute and it was hard to find somewhere to stay at this time of the year around this area. Luckily we came across this fantastic b and b. Room was great and the bed was fantastic, very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was perfect, I could not fault it in any way. The house is beautiful... more

Glyn Isa is a superb, beautiful house to spend a weekend in idyllic surroundings. Liz and Darren give a warm, genuine welcome and will do everything possible to enhance the stay. On arrival, our shower head was broken, but within a couple of hours this had been fixed. The huge breakfast is a great start to the day, and with... more

Glyn Isa is a little gem, ideally located for exploring North Wales and Bodnant Gardens, Conway and the National Park. Our two night break was a real tonic and our hostess, Liz, was very helpful and friendly without being at all intrusive. There is also a very good pub nearby for evening meals. more

What a place, a hidden gem for 4 nights. A warm welcome from the start to finish from our hosts. Beautifully comfortable 4 poster room, relaxed atmosphere, great breakfasts and magical surroundings. The local pub in Rowen well worth a visit, as well as the Groes Inn for really good food. Highly recommended, we'll be back. more

Glyn Isa is located on a small quiet county road just a few miles from Conwy. It is a great location for exploring northern Wales. We stayed in the 4 poster room at Glyn Isa for 5 nights in August. The room is quite large and has nice country views. The 4 poster bed is queen-size which was a nice treat... more
