Stayed at the Plas Derwen while in Wales on a walking weekend, very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. The food was good especially the breakfast.Tony and Linda were welcoming and very accomodating, nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I would definately recommend this as a place to stay. More

Food was expensive and disappointing. Steaks were supposed to be medium and were dry and curled up - Duck was tough. staff disappeared during meal and when they asked if everything was OK we said we were disappointed they just smiled and brought the bill. Will not be eating here again. More
