We stayed at his wonderful hotel for a weekend in feb. We stayed in room 21 which was all newly reburbished with a superking sized bed which was super comfy, spacious bathroom with plenty of towels, soaps and shampoo and a proper hairdryer! To top it all the bedroom even had it's own separate lounge with yet another huge tv... More

Great central location with the added bonus of a free on site carpark. We stayed in room 106, a spacious room with a huge comfortable bed. The room had all we needed, plentiful tea and coffee, large flat screen TV, free WiFi and a very recently refurbished bathroom. The two bars serve a good range of cask ales as well... More

I have stayed at this historic pub quite a few times in recent years and it keeps getting better. The rooms are all different and all have character because of the age of the building. It's 16th century. All the rooms I have stayed in have been large - I had the coach house last month, which is outside (they... More

The Rooms are Small but very nice and comfortable it is Built in 1522, and you can go knocking the place apart. The stairs are quite narrow if you have big cases. we stayed for one night only. The Welsh/English breakfast is very good. The pub is very popular with locals and get busy. Its in center of town with... More

Overall my visit to The Black Boy Inn was higly commendable. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the facilities that you would normally require, Iron & board, hairdryer, coffee and tea and ample storage space. The menu looked good but did not eat there but if re-visit certainly will do. My only criticism was that in the one... More

This is a charming and delightful old inn. The quality of the rooms is second to none. The lined is crisp and white, the bedding is sumptuous and the bed comfortable. This is a family business and the experience of the proprietors really shows. They get all the things right that makes your stay stress free and relaxing. Free internet,... More

Great building, very old, love all those character features. Great staff, good room and facilities, problems getting on to the internet but found out that it was BT system so fully understand why they had problems. good food although the dining room was a little too warm so didn't linger for a dessert. Would happily stay in the future. More

We booked the four poster room which was very nice. It is located in a good position to look around Caernarfon. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant special mention to Michelle. We would definately return in the future. More
