The view from the bedroom window was like being in an aeroplane over Malvern and the lights at night were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast well-cooked but don't ask for anything not on the menu and as you have to order the night before, make sure you see the full menu before choosing. Stayed with my sister-in-law and her two children. The toilet in our en-suite room wouldn't stop flushing and had to be disabled overnight, with consequence that the shower tray was also flooded and couldn't be used until morning. One child asked for a glass of water with her breakfast and was given a small bottle of mineral water for which... More
