I've just returned from a 3 day, 2 night stay at the Cotswold Conference Centre for a company training programme. I have to say, as a country lover, the location is stunning, with a beautiful view at every turn. The new Maudsley accommodation block is clean, functional, comfortable and you get a reasonable nights sleep. The food is of a... More

Had a conference at the Cotswold Centre. Stayed in the new block - Maudslay Rooms were very good clean, warm and a powerful shower. Food - Restaurant In my humble opinion i wouldn't call the food outstanding but then again it isn't a Michelin starred restaurant i was but i did expect better following the other reviews I have read.... Many thanks for all your kind comments about your event and our team. As you might have seen we have the builders in creating a new addition to the dining area during Jan/Feb 2012. This investment in new facility will be complete at the end of February. This upheaval has given the kitchen brigade extraordinary challenges at this time with... More

Stayed here with work for a conference. The rooms are fine, modern, clean with comfy beds and good showers. The restaurant is excellent, very tasty well presented food with attentive staff. The only downsides are the very remote location (or maybe not a downside, depending on what you're after?) and for some its location on the side of a very... More

It is always great to get some helpful feedback. We are currently reviewing the bar and dining room service offer to improve the customer experience to coincide with the new conservatory being added in early January 2012. We are still learning how to cope with the extra 32 bedrooms finished this year and occasionally do get the manning levels wrong... More

I stayed here for three nights in September and was really impressed with the facilities that they have, also the centre has not long been built therefore most of the rooms are new!!! The food whilst here was also spot on, the staff are very helpful with specialised diets and knowledgable about the food that's on offer. My room looked... More

I stayed here on a senior management conference and felt very welcomed, rested and fed. The location enabled to get away from those busy city hotels etc. Peaceful and beautiful. More

Other reviewers have compared this to a university campus which is perhaps the closest comparison I can think of. The single room I stayed in (in Foxhills Cottage) certainly reminded me of a Uni hall room though a bit smaller, and at the top end for quality of facilities (flatscreen TV with Freeview, free wifi (which seemed pretty fast &... I booked this at the last minute at £39 including breakfast. Excellent accomodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Has beautiful views of the Vale of Evesham. Unfortunately its downside is its location - about 2 miles off the main road and the breakfast (not served until 7.45). However really good value for money and worth try just because of... More

Spent a night here with work on a course. Lovely setting, perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Cotswolds. The rooms are basic but clean and modern. The restaurant serves local, quality food which was delicous although a few more choices would have been nice. Can't fault the staff here, they were tripping over themselves to be helpful.... More

Stunning location, and the best food I've ever had at a residential training centre. You need to be fairly fit, the various buildings are at different levels on a hillside, but the stunning views over the vale of Evesham more than make up for it. Criticisms? The bar area is unimaginative, with no local beer on tap and one sad... More
