A regular here now – because the food, service, ambiance, location and most importantly customer service is 100%! Everyone goes out of their way to really give the customer that great experience. Customer really is number 1 here. The hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary with plenty of parking. This place really is special. The staff go out of their... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on business, check in went very smoothly, room on a par with Premier Inns. All staff we helpful and polite. Breakfast, all my party thought it was sub standard for that type of hotel, and why are hotels now not serving grapefruit juice!!!! Dinner was OK, but think Chef/s should go on a refresher course.... I stayed in this hotel for 6 days due to work commitments in the area just before Christmas. The hotel seemed fairly quiet as it was so close to the holiday celebration but I had a great stay. The receptionist who checked me in was lovely, gave me free wifi and I ended up in a exec. room which I... More

Stayed here on a family trip to Legoland last October. The main areas of the hotel seemed fine, however ,our room was a little shabby and had seen better days,The breakfast was excellent and the dining area pleasant. When we checked out we were charged for a meal we hadn"t had and they had no signature for it.I showed them a receipt from... Thanks for the review, glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. I was disappointed to read of the billing issues you had for which I sincerely apologise. I don't understand what happened with that and sorry for the inconvenience in trying to sort it out. Hope this incident doesn't deter you completely from staying here again in the... More

Ok normally I’d prefer to take a tent than stay at a Holiday Inn, but this came with a Lego package and was at an excellent ‘package’ price so we thought we’d give it a go. And I begrudgingly and very surprisingly have to admit that this ‘cross-roads’ styled hotel is actually very good. Staff are brilliant, family rooms large... More

I was unsure whether to book the hotel due to the old fashioned outside photos on the website, but decided to read tripadvisor reviews first and they were all positive. I am really pleased we did as the hotel is lovely inside. The entrance is spacious and modern with a big lounge/bar area. We ate in the restaurant and had... More

We stayed here for 1 night after a local wedding. It was xmas time and there was an event on at the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, rooms were clean and well maintained. Room was cold, even after trying to adjust the thermostat we were freezing! No spare blanket in the wardrobe and the duvet felt like a... More

This is a good value hotel for either personal or business stays on a budget. Yes, it's not the most amazing hotel you'll have ever stayed in, but I'd highly recommend it if you're visiting the Hinds Head/Fat Duck etc. in Bray, as you can actually walk to Bray from the hotel (it's a little way away, but nice for... We stayed for a christmas party, which was good, but the staff were a little too quick at clearing away some of the glasses when people were dancing. The health club was well equipped but parts of it were under reconstruction. The changing rooms were very tired and in need of a refurb. The bar area was very presentable and... More

Thanks for taking the time to review the hotel following your Christmas party. I was dleighted to read that you had a good party and stay and I have noted your comments regarding our team being over zealous when collecting glasses, this has already been discussed with our service staff so hopefully other guests won't find the same issues.
