great service clean room close to bus station no problems at all the fact you dont need to be out of your room until 12 was great especially after a night clubbing we had no noise issues . ideally located nest to the bus station and not expensive to get a taxi back to from clubs

This was my second time in that hotel. Very clean and the staff are very polite. The room was very good. The location is excellent. Very easy to get from the train station or from the bus station. On arrival there was a short problem with the water system, but it was put right very quickly.

Although, yes, it was only £25, it was really poor value for money all in all. I arrived late into Leeds from manchester airport and on arrival I was welcomed by very polite and efficient member of staff. Your security guard / night crew was very helpful , felt very safe that night .
