As Usual with hotels this size, profit is everything, customer service is nothing. Ordered an expensive bottle of fizz which was flat, sent it back only to be told by the manager that it was ok. No apology, no attempt at resolution, only interested in his bottom line, as per usual. Be warned.

A good overnight business stay at this Shire hotel. Everything that you expect is available and some extras eg bathrobes and fresh milk for coffee. its a new build hotel and look okayish, but once inside its a different tale. easy check in and clear instructions to find our room. that was good, usual lay out on split levels giving you an area in which to relax, or even work. the bed was large and very comfortable and the bathroom large enough for 2 people... I have stayed before but this time stayed just one night but could have stayed longer. Fabulous rooms, friendly staff, lovely food, relaxing spa. Didn't have time for any beauty treatments this time but will definitely go back again. The spa area had been refurbished since the last time I went and looks great. Excellent!

Went for a spa day-absolutely fantastic, great massage and the spa was lovely! Great staff too who were very attentive! This was followed by afternoon tea that gives 'Bettys' something to worry about, it was divine! Didn't see the rooms so cannot comment but the hotel is a little gem!
