From booking this accommodation the staff at this hotel have been amazing nothing was too much trouble and everything was organised for our 'Girls night in' prior to arrival. We stayed at Thorpe Park as we were guests at a wedding and the reception was held there. I could not fault the place, room spacious and really comfortable bed. The spa looked great. would defiantly use again More

I am terribly sorry that we fell short on attitude towards you, this is unacceptable. Staff very helpful but no milk, only one towel, tv didn't work, free Internet unreliable and air con stuck on high fan setting. Not encouraging for a purpose built new hotel. The Thorpe Park Hotel is a lovely hotel, and a huge difference from the normal "chains" I stay in on Business. It certainly surpasses both the Hilton and Marriott chains!
