There is no other way of saying this but the food tastes fresh and good! You can see the chefs cooking your fish. The only let down was it was on the pricey side and there was not enough but that could be because we were enjoying it so much!

My husband and I arrived at The Fish House around 7pm, we took our bags into reception, no one was around so my husband went to find someone. We checked in and were given the key card for Fleetwood. Which came with a hot tub. The room was stylish and the copper bath fantastic. The bed very comfortable. We ate...

We stayed for a Saturday night and received a warm welcome by a receptionist. Our room, Skye, was of a decent size but unfortunately most of it was taken up by a ridiculously large bed which, apart from an uncomfortable armchair shoehorned under the enormous tv, was the only thing to sit on. The black lacquer furniture is chipped and...

We came to the Fish House on a bank holiday weekend. I'm a sucker for a boutique hotel or B&B and thought this would fit the bill. Sadly, the feeling i had for the majority of my stay was one of disappointment. We arrived to a muted welcome to say the least since no one was at reception and were...

This was our second visit to the Fish House. The food was as good as we remembered it. The staff were delightful but hard pressed to cope - shortage of staff, I think. We stayed in Fleetwood and had No 5 jacuzzi for the whole weekend
The sauna was not available at all. I don't think that maintenance is a...

Not much to say really - the hot tub was it's saving grace!
Service was outstandingly frosty at times and food was overpriced. Rooms were very clean and relaxing but ill thought out.
All in all okish but would probably not return and am sure there are better places to stay in the area.

When you first arrive at the the fish house hotel and restaurant you notice the incredible views surrounding you and unspoilt countryside. The room we stayed in was st malo and it was like no other, origional decor and finished to a high spec. Not to mention the hot tub which was private to out room, huge and lit up...

I was taken to The Fish House as a surprise Birthday treat by my husband on the weekend of 24th March 2012. My husband had booked through the Off Peak Luxury Website and we received lots of extras for excellent value for money. When we arrived at the Hotel, we checked in and was instantly wowed by the place and...

We stayed 2 nights (wed/thur) and booked through a luxury break website.
Dont know where to start first, everything about this place was brilliant. We stayed in the 'Galway' room, very nicley decorated, clean and everything you need is there. Bathroom was much of the same, nicely decorated and had a great shower, pressure and temperatures were all fine. Chocolates...

Having previously enjoyed dining at The Fish House I was very disappointed by the 'customer care' received at the fish house VERY recently. They were rude and left us feeling very dismayed at being treated very poorly. The customer is certainly 'not always right' in the eyes of the Fish House. My advice is check the menu very thoroughly before...
