We were emailed by the manager of the hotel to inform us about roadworks before we stayed and I asked for a quiet room if possible. When we arrived we had a nice welcome from reception and were given a quiet room as requested. As usual with a Premier Inn everything was spotlessly clean with adequate bedding, towels, etc.

2nd time in Arundel, have used Premier Inn family rooms several times around the country. Always comfortable and good value, the kids love the breakfasts which make a great start to the day. This hotel good location for Arundel which is delightful and nearby towns like Chichester.

Another excellent stay despite it being Christmas. All staff very attentive and helpful. Liked personal touch of a Christmas card in the room. Always our first choice when visiting the area.

A well maintained and clean Premier Inn. The staff were really helpful and supplied decaf coffee etc. in the room when requested. As always staff were pleasant and willing to help.
It's about time the rooms had flat screen TVs though!
No shaver plug or light in the bathroom and also no heated towel rail.

This was our first stay at a Premier Inn and was very impressed. Greeted by Suzanne who was lovely, very smiley and nothing was too much trouble. Room was very comfortable, kettle, hairdryer and freeview. Very clean bathroom.
