3 miles outside of Arundel 'town' centre (which is beautiful with a lovely river walk). Very friendly and helpful staff. Above average breakfast for a hotel. Clean and has very comfortable beds. Slight issue with hot water, but the staff went over and above to rectify and ensure our stay was comfortable. Would stay again without hesitation.

this is the second visit to this hotel. Nice grounds and golf course. Room sizes vary quiet a bit. The usual good standard Hilton breakfast but can be very busy on Sunday morning and you may have to wait for a table. There is an outdoor pool but the indoor pool is quiet small.

Stayed here for a wedding, luckily the wedding wasn't at the hotel but over £100 for a night in a smallish room and the whole hotel was unbelievably too hot making a uncomfortable night. Wouldn't usually complain but for the price they are charging would expect more. The views and area is nice and the breakfast very good.
