Garden room does open until 12.30, barked the lady on the desk (clearly in need of some customer training), tiny portions, little choice for veggies and a bill of £53 for two people with no alcohol. Would I recommend anyone to go there? No

The restaurant is excellent both in service as well as the quality of the food. The 15th century setting is very nice, especially because the quality of the facilities has been upgraded to an excellent level, without losing the 15th century atmosphere. WiFi coverage was excellent in the room and in the lobby/restaurant area.
