I went to the village with 6 guys from work and the meeting rooms are great but it all went down hill from then on. The staff are very poor in general and the service matches. The food was terrible and very expensive. Breakfast starts at 7 so not much good if you are working locally

Noisy noisy noisy. Noise from hen parties followed by a disco on our first night. Noise from wedding followed by a disco on the second night Third night just the disco reverberating into our room. We have stayed at the Village hotel on quite a few weekends in the last year or so visiting family in Coventry. The big no-no at this hotel is the noise. Stayed here on business and paid £129 b&b. It wasn't worth the money and I wish I'd booked into the premier inn. The bed was a very small single (room 106) with a view of the flat roof. The bathroom was dated and aside from a hand wash dispenser and an empty dispenser by the shower, no toiletries were supplied.... More

Stayed one night with work overall good, bit surprised the Upper Deck rooms while refitted lacked Air Con but beds were dead comfy so not matter. Upper Deck is a bit of a trek from reception and the bar closes early but you can still order drinks at reception.
