absolutely foul place to stay, very rude manage complete arrogant so and so. customer service was appalling yet they think they are great. Would not recommend staying here at all. AVOID AT WHATEVER COST

It's the worst hotel in the world. I found bed bugs, damp on the walls the carpet had damp marks on them it was not nice at all I had to stay up the whole night cause it was so dirty and as soon it hit day light I was out. I would not recommend it to friends or family.... More

Stayed here for a weekend while up with the girls from Loughborough, was more than happy with the rooms we were allocated and even more so with the price (£55 for a family room) - Breakfast was ok too! x LD
