A poo/faeces crusted quilt was on my bed. Made a complaint and manager said to receptionist on phone he would contact me and he didn't bother. Disgusting! Last time I stayed in a Travelodge in Yorkshire there were someone's dirty pants under the bed!!!!! Never again! Revolting company! More
