The hotel having only been opened 4 months still had some things not quite completed such as the lift to the Spa level so you had to walk outside to get to it...not that convenient but a minor inconvenience. Due to the appalling grammar in michellel359's review ("we was") i'd assume the reviewer is not accustomed to staying/dining/drinking in such establishments. I would urge others not to pay particular attention to the review and make they're own, far better informed judgement. The hotel and skybar are fantastic and a great addition to Birmingham. More
