Hotel is currently in the middle of major refurishment and could be described as 'like a building site'. On-site car parking very limited. Staff a very friendly but restaurant food only very average. stayed ay holiday inn birmingham airport over night hotel was fine but think again for airport parking. When we booked 15 days car parking we were advised it could be on or off site parking but al with cctv.
