I stayed here for 2 nights in Septemeber and really enjoyed it, the room was small but had everything I needed and was very comfy, and the decor was light and fresh. We stayed here last Friday night so that we could go and see a show at the Town Hall. We recieved a wonderful welcome from the check in desk on arrival and were thoroughly pleased with the whole stay. Absolutely brilliant room,service & location. Having visited City Inn Leeds on a number of occasions and experienced a great hotel we were really looking forward to City Inn, Birmingham. Welcome was luke warm, receptionist seemed confused and flustered. When asking for info on Lazy Days/Nights package it all seemed like it was too much trouble.
