Although when you get beyond the swish entrance lobby, the furnishings in the bedrooms are not ultra-modern trendy, everything is perfectly adequate and good value for money. Excellent location for city centre. Catch virtually any bus along the Hagley Road, while your car stays in a secure, free car park. more

To be fair I was not expecting very much as the room was very cheap. From the outside the hotel looks a total dive. To my surprise the reception area and bar are very pleasant so my hopes lifted. The reception staff are very unfriendly and just grunted on my return because my key card did not work. The Room!!... more

Quite simply the most horrible Hotel experience I have ever had. Apart from the ground floor area the place was very poorly repaired and presented.
