Was a bit noisy overlooking the paradise forum and the jazz club. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff were helpfull. The gym was bollocks but being positive, there is capacity for running, rowing and doing some push ups. I would be happy to stay again. Overall a very good hotel.

Had one night here as I had a meeting first thing in Birmingham centre. The hotel is in an excellent location, service and staff were all excellent. Rooms are tired but comfortable, could do with updating though. Would I stay again? For the same money I'd probably get a premier inn.

Just spent 2 nights here. Staff were friendly and bed was comfortable. This hotel is excellently located in the theatre district and just off ring road for parking, also right at the door of a small shopping mall for snacks, food etc. Staff at reception very helpful regarding Breakfast and Wi-Fi discounts. Hotel was ok, location was very central which was ideal. Found vegetarian options to be very limited. Hotel staff that were there were excellent however it looked as if they were very overrun and short-staffed.

We stayed at the Copthorne due to its location near Hippodrome Theatre, the staff were very help full and the room a good size. The bathroom was quite dated but very clean, and plenty of hot water. Extra pillows provied which was good. The TV was quite old and dated.
