Fourth/fifth stay when in Birmingham at the NEC. After a problem last year we were given a good price on a suite (The Weller Suite!) and were happy with the value,treatment and service. Although the rooms are ok- cleanliness is clearly not a priority in the dining area. Visible dirt and cobwebs on the wall and ceiling junctions were not conducive to a good appetite at breakfast or the buffet lunch provided. More
