“Premier stat at Premier Inn on Hagley Road, Birmingham, U K”

Friendly and helpful staff who cheerfully showed us several rooms before we decided to book three nights' stay, called taxis for us and were generally helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and large, with windows that open. Beefeater restaurant attached, great food! All reasonably priced and not far from central Birmingham. Would definitely stay here again.

Good service, nice room and a very quiet night's sleep....plenty of restaurants nearby (or even connected to hotel!). Also extremely convenient for central Birmingham...which is a short bus ride away..

“A great stay”

Very friendly and helpful staff with nice surroundings and free parking. Taxis into the city centre were reasonable, cheaper than paying for parking over the weekend and less stressful than trying to find your own way around. Lots of different restaurants in walking distance. Would stay there again.

Stayed overnight with our 3 year-old daughter. Phoned ahead to see if we could gain access to our room early in order to change for a wedding. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Delivers what it says in the adverts. Clean rooms, comfy big beds, neutral modern decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice accommodation, reasonably priced. Would stay here again when I come to visit family nearby.

Just spent 1 night here to go to the Cadbury world experience. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in reception and the restaurant. Room comfy, slept 2adults and 3 children with room for a cot. Had an overnight stay with my daughter before a major sports event. Welcoming staff, a nice dinner followed by an excellent night's sleep and then a great breakfast. Thanks Premier Inn. Will happily use you again.
