My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. It's a beautiful house and the room was really big with a lovely roll-top bath. We felt really welcome and were offered tea and cake when we arrived. Really convenient for Leamington Spa/Warwick but far enough out into the countryside to satisfy us Londoners who were desperate to get out of... More

We booked last minute for my boyfriends birthday and I'm glad we did. This is a perfect place for a relaxing break. The accommodation is immaculate and very comfortable. We had a double room with a large en-suite with a roll top bath and shower. Sue is very welcoming and cooks a fabulous breakfast in the mornings. We had a... More

Not your usual customer. I stayed at Church Hill Farm for 3 nights with 8 of my student friends whilst on an industrial project. We were made incredibly welcome by Sue who was fantastic. Breakfast was a quality English spead with a selection of cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit. The self contained, 4 bed, self catering building was homely, spotless... More

We stayed at the Churchhill Farms B&B for one night Pros (i) beautiful suite - very clean, high on amenities, extremely comfortable. (ii) excellent English breakfast - homemade and tasty and included in price. (iii) service - the owner, Sue, was very nice and accommodating. however, I felt she was nicer to her more frequent guests and dismissed us as... More

We made this our stopover on the long journey from the Newcastle area to a holiday in Cornwall based on previous TripAdvisor reviews. We had first class, friendly service from Sue. We loved the large comfortable rooms in the main house and in the courtyard. We especially admired the fabulous views from the main house over historic Warwickshire countryside and... More

A warm welcome awaits you at this great bed and breakfast. Situated in a farm house which can trace its ancestry back to the fifteenth century, we chose this B&B for its location and after reading other reviews in Trip Advisor. They all hit the right mark. Sue is a great host, very friendly with lots of local knowledge. Great... More

Church Hill Farm is a superb old farm house in a delightful quiet village with a pub, but handy for the motorway. I've stayed here twice now and Sue is always very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotless and comfortably furnished.Breakfasts are homemade and delicious. I'll definitely be back again! More
