My wife and I stayed at Church Hill farm B&B in December as a base to explore Warwickshire. It is perfectly located for visiting Stratford-upon Avon, Warwick and Heritage Motor Centre Motor in Gaydon amongst many things to do nearby. We have the pleasure of staying in the Kitzbuhel cottage suite. This made the stay really relaxing, the suite is... More

Sue, the proprietor, ought to buy the odd bottle of booze for The Antelope's owner (local pub 5 mins or less in the village) since it is both her fine B&B and the promise of very decent food, beer and wine at affordable prices that makes this a rather fetching combination. So park the car and stay local for your... More

Church Hill Farm is a lovingly restored 16th century farmhouse, although the structure apparently dates back to the 11th century. The property is ultra charming, located at the end of a country road in a village called Lighthorne and situated among one of the most charming English countryside - fields and fields of verdant farmland, rapeseed brightening the horizon with... We (two couples) stayed in the self-catering accomodation but had really good breakfast in the main house. High quality conversion with great facilities including free WiFi. Warm welcome & well looked after by Sue; great location (though it can take a bit of finding); sunny weekend helped, too. The Antelope (local pub) has OK food & the easy walk made... More

I found this very friendly B&B during the summer of 2010, having just joined a local company, whilst looking for a place to stay one or two nights a week. I have been a regular guest since then which is evidence of what a nice place it is. In that time I have stayed in all three of the rooms... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. It's a beautiful house and the room was really big with a lovely roll-top bath. We felt really welcome and were offered tea and cake when we arrived. Really convenient for Leamington Spa/Warwick but far enough out into the countryside to satisfy us Londoners who were desperate to get out of... More

We had a double room with a large en-suite with a roll top bath and shower. Sue is very welcoming and cooks a fabulous breakfast in the mornings. We had a... More

Not your usual customer. I stayed at Church Hill Farm for 3 nights with 8 of my student friends whilst on an industrial project. We were made incredibly welcome by Sue who was fantastic. Breakfast was a quality English spead with a selection of cereal, toast, yogurt and fruit. The self contained, 4 bed, self catering building was homely, spotless... More
