Booked this hotel for a 70th birthday celebration at end of January. We had a dinner, bed and breakfast deal which was good value for money. Recently stayed here to celebrate 40th birthday's for two friends from university days. Very comfortable & well equipped rooms. Excellent food. The waiter service was adapted to satisfy our needs. Easy travelling distance to numerous Bowls Clubs Bar prices reasonable, but wine list priced a bit too high. No De-Caff coffee sachets in rooms, but one could borrow a jar via reception.
