Lovely warm welcome followed by a beautifully decorated room which was very clean. The host is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was the best I've experienced at a Bed & Breakfast/Hotel.

Stayed in Warwick for 2 nights. We were able to swap rooms for a slightly bigger bed, no problem and move closer to the internet server for better service, no problem. Rooms were clean and warm.
