This brilliant guest house is better quality than some £200 a night hotels that I've stayed in and at a fraction of the price. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a modern style, the beds are comfy with fluffy pillows and the rooms are spotless clean. In addition to the usual tea & coffee facilities, there are high end toiletries,... More

We have just spent a super weekend at the Arden Guest House in Kenilworth. We were in Kenilworth for a family reunion and needed somewhere fairly central. Helen and Tony could not have been more welcoming with tea on arrival. Our room was spotless, lovely and bright. Bed really comfortable. There was plenty of refreshments in the room including bottled... More

Our first visit Easter 2013. We were made very welcome, rooms are comfortable and very clean, Breakfast-wow!!! We soon learned to ask for less, as without prior knowledge we agreed to ´full English´on our first morning. We have sons, and I have never seen them eat the amount that was served to us. Well cooked, nicely presented. As well as... More

My wife and I visit old friends and relatives in the Midlands every year and we decided some time ago that Kenilworth is the best place to use as a base. It offers a very safe environment and an attractive town centre to stroll about in the daytime. Buses run to Stratford-on-Avon, Coventry and Leamington Spa from the clock tower... More

We stayed here one 'wintry' night at the end of March... Tony and Helen's warm welcome more than made up for the snow shower that was raging outside the window! After welcoming us and handing us the key to the room, Helen invited us back downstairs for a pot of tea and cake after we'd settled in. A nice touch.... More

Stayed in February for 1 night when taking youngest son back to university. Booked as we left for a long weekend in April to explore the area. Hosts helen and Tony were very welcoming, tea and ckaes on arrival and beautiful home made bread for breakfast, delicious. Can't say anything else that already not been said. Superb stay with excellent... More

We also had a one night stay with a very good welcome including tea and cakes. Tony and Helen were excellent hosts. The bed was excellent, just like being at home (the ultimate compliment) and breakfast was spot on with a good choice ranging from fresh fruit to full English. The Guest house is only 100 yards or so from... More

We had an enjoyable stay in this B&B. It is in a quiet location, but within walking distance of the bars and restaurants on the high street .Breakfast was excellent, offering a good selection and lovely homemade bread. The room was nicely decorated, the bed very comfy and with en suite (although a little narrow) Highly recommended, friendly B&B.

Having not stayed in a guest house before, we were not sure what to expect, but booked as it was hugely cheaper than local hotels. We were not disappointed at all. We arrived quite late but were greeted with a smile and given our room key. The twin room that we booked was fab, more than clean and welcoming and... More
